speedy response time
We used this service for Order of Service following the death of a close family member. We needed a speedy response time and didn’t have time to work with funeral directors to produce same so opted to use a Loving Tribute . It was EXCELLENT. So many templates easily adaptable and helpful . Easy to upload photos and amend narrative .
The truly outstanding piece however was the next day printing and delivery of the order by special delivery included in the pricing .

I called ALT to produce an Order of Service for my father’s funeral. It's an emotional time and I didn't feel confident enough to design it myself, so I called ALT at 5 minutes to closure time on a Friday night. I was pleasantly surprised to hear Sam's voice on the phone!! I explained the situation and Sam's calm demeanour was reassuring that they could design and deliver what our family needed. When I emailed my father’s picture, Sam without confirmation that they would get my business, enhanced and returned my picture. It looked amazing and I was so grateful. He then referred me to the lovely Anna who designed a proof so quickly and accommodated all my bespoke requests. Nothing was too big or small and she was so responsive. When the final PDF proof came I couldn't have been happier. The prints arrived quickly and securely and the quality of the finish the card/paper was exceptional to look at and to touch. Stephen Hill and Ethan Penticost at a Loving Tribute could not have been more helpful and supportive when I was trying to design my mother’s order of service stationery. Nothing was a problem, altering colours to match her picture, changing font size, altering the hymn and lay out at the last minute, scanning old beloved photos on the spot so I didn’t need to be parted from them. Ethan replied to my emails immediately to confirm and clarify any alterations made. They delivered them promptly to the funeral directors well before the day and everyone remarked on the final product, a beautiful fitting tribute to my beloved Mum. Thank you so much to you all.

I placed an order for 60 booklets for a funeral, 6 days before the date. They were printed and sent out the next day. I really can not rate higher. Online design was really easy to use. Customer service replies where instant. They even reached out to let me know that they were on the way. What a great business. Really did make such a dreaded task for an event noone wants to go through, so much easier and for that I cant thank them enough.

We needed to organise the order of service for our mother's funeral and after looking at various companies online, we chose 'A Loving Tribute'. They had a beautiful range of designs and it was really easy to select a template and create the design. As we needed the booklets printed quickly, we were able to speak to Sam who kindly finalised the design within minutes and was able to print and send the booklets the same day! The entire process was so simple and straightforward. When the booklets arrived the next day, we were delighted with the beautiful colours of the wildflower design, and the excellent quality of the card. It made them look and feel really special. We had a beautiful poem on the inside page of the booklet which looked so beautiful that guests were able to keep this as a keepsake following the funeral service. A great company that provides support at a very difficult time.

Excellent and quick service
Very good service from this company. I put in an order for funeral orders of service late after hours on Thursday and I received the completed orders on Saturday morning. Everything was exactly as I had specified and the paper was good quality. Highly recommended. My only quibble would be that I found designing the document on the website to be quite tricky because I already had the text in a word document and there was very limited functionality to match formatting,so it was quite time-consuming to quite to paste all the text in and get the formatting right. That said, once it was done it looked good, and the finished product was worth the effort.

The Printed Word created a unique and beautiful Order of Service for my Father’s Funeral in an extremely short timescale. From my initial contact with Stephen through to the design work completed by Sam, their approach was excellent, calm and reassuring, at what was a very difficult time personally. I knew from my initial conversations that they would be easy to work with and fulfil the deadline. The Order of Service ‘evolved’ as we worked on it and nothing was ever too much trouble, including all the changes we made! The finished piece was of a very high standard and included family photos so it acted as memento for all those who attended the Funeral. We received a lot of compliments about the Order of Service and we continue to receive them as we send them out to those who could not attend on the day. Many, many thanks to both Stephen and Sam for their incredible service from my first phone call through to the delivery. I would highly recommend The Printed Word and have no hesitation in doing so.

I found this company online and was in contact with Stephen and Sam throughout as they made tailored arrangements to suit our needs. We made several changes throughout each alliterations and not once did they complain.but eager to deliver what we wanted. The service that they provided was exceptionally high quality and both were extremely helpful and accommodating.They turned this around in a few days, printed and personally delivered 200 booklets. Our friends and relatives were really impressed that we had to re order a further batch to give them. First class company would definitely use them again. We wanted something nicer for an order of service, other than the white paper one offered by the funeral director. We chose the Snowdrop design, it was easy to create our own bespoke copy using the template, and are delighted with them. The quality is fabulous, it's more like a lovely greeting card than an order of service, we put old photographs in and they printed up beautifully. The staff were helpful when I had a query, and they even spotted a small mistake and corrected it for me. We received them the next day. My mum would've loved them! Thanks you so much.

It was unfortunate that the UPS delivery failed twice but they were very responsive and made sure that they re-sent the order of services and sent me a printable PDF just in case. Managed to Amend my Order the next day.
I found the website via Google. After a few mishaps I found the site easy to use. After 7 drafts as the music kept being changed by my family I sent in my order late afternoon. Three hours later the family wanted to change the music again! I told them we would have to do another order. As we had to check that the funeral director had the music I didn’t send the new order. The next morning I phoned Sam at Loving Tribute and asked if it was possible to stop my first order. Fortunately, it had not gone to the printer and he told me to send in my amendment as I had already paid. This was good news and I quickly sent off the amendment but made a typo in the address. Later Sam enquired about my amendment which was lucky as I was able to reply with my amendment. Sam kept me informed and sent me a proof for confirmation for printing. Had Sam not got back to me I would’ve waited in vain. Excellent service from Sam.

Excellent. I was under tremendous pressure to get finalised an order of service for my Mum’s funeral and Sam was nothing short of amazing in helping me deal with this. I’m a little challenged with technology but their software to create funeral stationary was intuitive and responsive. But when I needed help it was there. When I added at the last minute additional items which I really wanted to make my Mum’s funeral complete, but was worried I wouldn’t have enough time, nothing was too much trouble for Sam. Everything I wanted was sorted for me. Also, delivery was as promised and the quality top notch. I can’t praise this company, and Sam in particular, enough. I found the website a bit clunky but was able to resolve those over the phone. I found the logo on the last page over-large and they agreed to reduce it for me. But far more importantly the overall standard is far higher than I expected especially as most of the photos produced a resolution warning. I strongly recommend using this firm.

As a Funeral Director, one of our services is to create an Order of Service booklet. Following the passing of our Mother, which was a difficult time for all of us, The Printed Word were recommended to us as a professional and local printing company. Following an initial meeting with Stephen Hill and Sam Wilson, to decide on a format, Sam went on to design a beautiful Order of Service, which included a number of photographs of our mother. He was also patient enough to put up with a number of revisions, as our plans changed. The booklets were delivered exactly on time and Sam also scanned a large number of photographs for us, which were used as a Slideshow at the wake and which went down very well with all who saw them.
